“You should lose a few pounds”

“If you could just lose some a few pounds
off your belly, you’d have an amazing body”

“Have you thought about joining a gym?”

“Should you really be eating that?”

No, No, No and HELL NO !!!

No one, absolutely no one has got the right to say any of these things to you. Not your friends, not your family, colleagues, no one.

If you feel the need to lose weight for your own amusement then do it. Lose weight for yourself. For your own health, be it physical or mental. But never because they tell you to.

“Clothes would look better on you
                      when you’re thinner”

Well, we all know how to respond to that thin bitch .. fuck off .. Sorry, but it just really gets on ny nerves how people treat othersand don’t give a fuck how their words make them feel.

If god intended for all of us to be exactly the same, he would’ve done exactly that, created us all the same. But we aren’t are we? Don’t you get it? That’s the beauty of it. We are all different and unique in our own special way and form. I mean, it would be boring if we were all just copies of eachother right?

      “Slimmer women have more confidence”

That statement is so wrong. Confidence has nothing to do with weight. The tiniest thing can make someone feel insecure about themselves. The way they smile .. the shape of their toes .. acne .. how their teeth look .. how they walk .. their laugh .. scars .. even their profession or their social status. I could go on and on but you get the point.
So just let them be. Leave them alone. Worry about your own damn self.

Bottom line is .. Small..medium or large .. whatever kind of pizza you feel like having .. you’re free 😉
